Kitchen Laminate Flooring and Floor Repair

I recently had the pleasure of working with James Bae, a skilled contractor who brought new life to our home with his expertise in flooring. Our kitchen and spare bedroom needed some serious TLC, and James was just the person for the job. Revamping the Kitchen with Stylish Laminate Our kitchen was the first area James tackled. The old flooring was outdated and worn, not reflecting the warm, welcoming space we desired. James recommended laminate flooring, a choice we instantly loved for its durability and modern look. The installation process was a breeze. James worked meticulously, ensuring every plank was perfectly placed. The transformation was remarkable - the laminate flooring brought a contemporary and cozy feel to our kitchen, making it the heart of our home. Salvaging the Spare Bedroom Floor The spare bedroom presented a different challenge. A radiator leak had caused significant damage to the floor, leaving it in a sorry state. We were concerned about the extent of the damage, but James reassured us with his plan. He skillfully repaired the damaged sections, seamlessly blending the new with the old. It was impressive to see how he restored the floor's integrity and appearance, saving us from the cost and hassle of a complete overhaul. A Testament to Skill and Dedication Working with James Bae was a delight. Not only did he demonstrate incredible skill and attention to detail, but his advice and recommendations were invaluable. He transformed two key areas of our home, not just in appearance but in functionality and feel. Our kitchen now boasts a beautiful, durable laminate floor that’s easy to clean and maintain, perfect for our busy family life. The spare bedroom, once a reminder of an unfortunate incident, is now fully restored and inviting. Wrapping Up If you're considering home improvements, particularly flooring, we can't recommend James Bae enough. His work is a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field. We're thrilled with the results and confident that his craftsmanship has not only enhanced our home's aesthetic but also its value.

Exterior work with concrete, back door, shower tile. Corner beads and patching up all holes throughout the house
Since the window sill is rotted, water was coming into the wall. Notice the old wood that is probably 100 years old.
Repaired threshold to the back door
Return Friday to open up ceiling in bedroom and do water test. Then replace window sills and the drywall that was damaged next to the window.

Michael & Sons

Added a 20 amp breaker into the panel box. Installed a new outlet for the microwave. The reason why the main breaker trips is because there's too much amps on the individual circuit breaker.
