 Pls repair all leak stains in the ceiling.  There cannot be any peeling paint anywhere. Check all corner beads to ensure that all chipped paint is patched.   Please use only white or off-white paint to touch-up

New Breakfast Nook and Countertop

Melvin Services responded to a last minute request to tear down the wall and install a breakfast nook.  Melvin installed a 12 inch counter so that you can work/eat from both the kitchen and the living room

There's lots more space in the kitchen now. A new stove will be installed

The floor blends well with the new polar white paint.

The selling feature of Wade Road is the stunning, panoramic views of the riverfront. That's why after we started painting the walls, I came up with the crazy idea of tearing down the walls to open up the kitchen.

That way you can eat breakfast on the kitchen countertop from the living room

Melvin and his guys tearing down drywall and studs. Moving electrical wiring is next

We decided to tear down the entire wall to open up the views which became more spectacular.
That way there's a view of National Park from every room.
